ORDERS
If you have received an order confirmation , your order has been processed correctly. The order confirmation contains your order number and will be sent to the email address you provided when ordering.
If you do not receive your order confirmation within a short time, please check your spam filter.
If you have still not received confirmation of your order, please contact customerservice@powerbite.nl
We rarely have the option to cancel orders because our warehouse is incredibly fast at packing and shipping orders every day of the week.
Unfortunately, there are situations where we may not be able to process your cancellation request before the package has been shipped. This can happen, for example, if you only inform us of your cancellation request after the package has been shipped or if you contact us outside our regular opening hours. In such cases, you must return the package to us before we can process a refund.
We accept the following payment methods: iDEAL, Bancontact, SOFORT Banking, Apple Pay, Klarna. Payment by credit card is possible via: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Maestro.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
If you order before 11:00 PM on working days, you will receive your order the next working day. Around holidays it may take a little longer for your package to be delivered.
As soon as an order has been placed and you have received your order confirmation by email, we will prepare the shipment. You will receive the tracking code as soon as your order has been processed by our logistics. Tracking codes will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
We offer free standard delivery on orders over €60. For orders under €60, delivery costs start from €6.95.
